Trừ một số người được may mắn qua Pháp học và được tiến thân không giới hạn,
học sinh ở Việt Nam gần như bị giới hạn vào bậc cử nhân (cho đến năm 1955
lần đầu tiên mới có luận án tiến sĩ trình ở Sàigòn). Trong niên khoá 1953-1954
chỉ có 190 người đậu tú tài I và 111 người đậu tú tài II. Bậc trung học thì
có 649 đâu bằng trung học đệ nhất cấp (trên tổng số 1,376 thí sinh).

Cùng niên khoá, có 38,024 thí sinh dự thi bằng tiểu học, nhưng chỉ có 25,662
người đậu. Ở cấp cao hơn, bậc đại học có 415 sinh vien đươc giảng dạy bởi
75 giáo sư. Ở trường chuyên nghiệp có 530 học viên với 36 giảng viên. Đây là
một tỉ lệ rất nhỏ so với một dân số 16 triệu người.

Cám ơn bạn nhiều về các món lai rai mà bạn đã cất công tìm tòi, khà khà, thật là cảm kích tuy là có hơi nặng ký một chút nhưng vẫn rất sảng khoái.

Thế mà cũng đã lâu lâu mới có dịp mời bạn một ly trước là cho mau tiêu mấy món nặng ký, sau là thưởng thức một chút rượu ngoại.

Loại này gọi là “Not Fair” dịch nôm na là “Không công bằng”, thoát hơn một chút là “Ích kỷ”, hơn nữa chắc phải nhờ bạn góp ý hộ, khà khà. Rượu này có nhiều lớp vị (layers) nên cần phải thưởng thức chậm rải để tất cả con tỳ con vị được thăng hoa, ấy ấy, không nên nóng nảy. Vài dòng giới thiệu trước:

  • Nhấp vào ngụm đầu bạn sẽ thấy vị thanh và vui nhộn … nhưng có cái gì không ổn.
  • Nhấp thêm một ngụm nữa, cái không ổn thành hình, vị đắng hậu, đắng ngang ngang, nghèn nghẹn, đắng mà không thể nói :-)
